Visit this location since I havent been able to since I last visit NC. I asked the Manager in the black shirt what size (once) did his fries came due to me not eating a lot and his response was that the size doesn't matter because we serve extra. Can't complain over having extra fries, although I wouldn't be asking if I wouldn't find it important to me as a customer. He's currently training someone and if this is the way you want your employees to express to the customer by turning down their questions and make it not important then you need to reconsider. Never in the years that I had running a restaurant have i ever said stuff like that to a client. One thing is to suggest and another is to be obnoxious. Situations like this explains why there's so much parking space in this location.

Ordered delivery and had the driver steal the food. Called to ask them to do anything about it and they refused. Don’t know how their food is since I never got it but I know enough about this place from the horrible customer service I recieved. Completely lacked any sign of empathy or understanding that I just had almost $70 worth of food stolen and wouldn’t do a thing to help. Very disappointing

The food was excellent as well and the service was amazing as always but it just seemed like it lost a lot of its luster, doesn't seem like the employees are as happy as they were a few years ago, maybe they need to hire more people or get more incentives incentivize things or you know basically hire more people for these guys cuz
