I can only describe it as not 5 guys, the burger, fries and everything else I ordered came in different packaging and different bags, it tasted and looked completely different that what you would expect five guys to look like, I don't even believe it came out of the same kitchen.
- RCrylee carrierDec 2, 20255.0this was my first time going to a 5 guys so i had no idea what to expect. i’m really not a burger person and typically don’t care for them. i had gotten a patty melt and loved it so much!! they were so kind and welcoming. i know it’s weird but i love mayo with my fries and i had asked for some and they immediately got me not one but two cups of mayo to have with my large cajun fries. it was an awesome experience for me and my husband to have lunch with my sister. we had a wonderful time and our food was out quick and absolutely delicious. it was awesome and again the service was incredible!!

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
