  I went through the drive thru a little after 9pm. And the employee was struggling with what he has to do at night and to stay open. He was by himself!!!!! That is such a huge safety concern and the load of work he has to do and to manage to try to stay open, is absolutely ridiculous. Do better management. Employee was so polite but I can tell me pulling up stressed him because of all he has to do. Take care of your employees, should never be just 1 person.

  People there think they own the place. Don’t work somewhere dealing with people if you’re just going to disrespect them. Every one on the shift rn has an attitude problem, and a problem getting the order correct. It’s not that hard, just read the receipt. Since youre too good for anything else.

  out of all bagels other than cinnamon raisin, the lady at the window was nice, but the guy on the microphone not so much. we scanned a coupon for a free drink, but it did not register. once we got to the window, the drink was not on the order. then they added two. then charged for the drink that was supposed to be free. disappointed but not surprised lol i try to not go to dunkin anymore. edit: they also didn’t put the cream cheese on the bagels, and there was plenty of employees inside. if i wanted to pull over to put cream cheese on my bagel, id go to the grocery store.

  Stopped in on a Sunday morning ordered the $6.00 meal deal on the kiosk, put in sandwich but neglected to enter coffee which i thought was included as the meal deal is sandwich, medium coffee and hash browns , asked counter staff about the coffee and was told if I want the coffee and hash browns have to order them again and couldn't cancel my order , great customer service have been drinking Dunkin coffee for many years time to get coffee elsewhere or brew at home , done with Dunkin and from some of the reviews no great loss

  Went to dunkin today just for a quick bite to eat after class, And i had ordered a sandwich with some loaded hash browns. I was with my friend so we had gotten two coffees as well. I clearly stated 4 and 4 (meaning 4 cream 4 sugar) that may be on me and maybe she didn’t know what that meant but whatever. We come up to the window and a worker brought the coffees to the counter. I then said “those don’t look right” under my breath, assuming i’m gonna go back inside and ask for more cream. She handed us the coffees, and assuming she heard me, continued to say “I made the coffees right by the way”. Not only that, but there was a HAIR of some sort in my hashbrowns, as I continued to look I then found another different colored hair. Keep in mind that I just opened the hashbrowns.
