    Manager abuses his staff to the point that at times labor relations should get involved. The staff here are excellent they try and make everyone feel welcome sometimes slow but that’s only when it’s really busy never see the manager jump in and help during those times

    I wish I can rate without giving a star. The building is beautiful, love the renovations they made. Honestly they need an overhaul on new management and staff. Unsettling to witness arguments with the staff and unprofessional behavior. Swearing, talking on their cellphones, arguing with each other, and rude to customers. I tried to give them a chance several times, but at this point I’d rather take my business elsewhere. My coffee is never fully filled. Any time I order Uber, they never get the order right and are lazy to put cold drinks in the bags. The owners really need to reevaluate who they have representing their business. It would be sad to see them continue to lose profit. I would reach out to the owners or management but the staff have denied my request for any information.
