Despite the fact they were severely understaffed, the worker was polite and helpful. They need to be more generous with their staffing for the sake of their employees AND customers. This is a commonality in all of the locations owned by this franchisee. It’s sad to see so many faces come and go from these Dunkin’s but I suspect that the lack of staffing is one of the reasons why.

Unsettling to witness arguments with the staff and unprofessional behavior. Swearing, talking on their cellphones, arguing with each other, and rude to customers. I tried to give them a chance several times, but at this point I’d rather take my business elsewhere. My coffee is never fully filled. Any time I order Uber, they never get the order right and are lazy to put cold drinks in the bags. The owners really need to reevaluate who they have representing their business. It would be sad to see them continue to lose profit. I would reach out to the owners or management but the staff have denied my request for any information.
