Somehow they manage to make cold brew taste acidic and burnt (Im pretty sure they just put the old regular coffee from the previous day into the cold brew for the next day). They routinely mess up orders and have a very slow drive through, especially considering they do not have to worry about customers in the store. Go to the dunkin donuts by EB, they are way better.

I asked for it to be remade and it tasted no different than the first one!! I asked for a refund and was told no! When I asked the young man why I couldn’t receive a refund he said they weren’t allowed to!! It was so horrible I didn’t even want to choose 1 star!!!! I get this same exact coffee everyday with no issues of course from a different Dunkin but my point is I know how it’s supposed to taste and this isn’t it!!! I spent/wasted $19.57 & tipped $5 and couldn’t even get a refund for the horrible coffee
