  They ran out of meat at dinner time. All meat. Literally there was 10 people in line and I waited 15 minutes to get to the front of the line just for the girl with the blue hair to be obnoxious to me. She started getting really flustered and yelling that there’s no meat and then when I came up, I asked her What kind of meat do you have? She said we have no meat. I said how long Until it’s up? She said I don’t know probably like 10 or 15 minutes. But she said it in a really obnoxious tone like it’s my fault that they run out of me. I’m more upset about the way that she talked To me then them being out of every single meet at dinner time. What is going on? There should be planning for this. Absolutely ridiculous and I’m so upset. I swear to God I’m never coming back here ever again Just because of the way that she talk to me. No customer service sense whatsoever.

  Worst Chipotle I’ve visited in the entire USA. No meat? No rice? No lettuce? But a full serving of terrible attitudes by the staff. I’d rather chew on a pebble than go here.

  This is the third time you have gotten my wife’s order wrong. You guys screw up every damn time and this is worse because she’s pregnant and all she wanted was her sour cream, cheese, and queso added into her burrito. You guys suck.

  The restaurant lobby is always messy the tables are always covered in grease and food scraps from the previous customers. The floors are always grimy and when I look over the counter and look at the state of the grill it’s covered charred meat as if it hasn’t ever been cleaned. The griller always burns the steak and it tastes like I’m eating burnt cigarettes, it even bleeds into my beans and it just ruins the whole bowl. I usually finish my bowls at chipotle but they can make a bowl so disgusting I have to throw it out mid meal. They really need to replace the guy on the grill cause it seems like the steak is not the only casualty on the grill! It’s like someone opened up a bag of charcoal briquettes and sprinkled it all over the meat section of the food line! If you love eating ash trays then this chipotle would be awesome for you cause it seems like I’m just eating the charred meat that’s all over that grill! This chipotle is disgusting and by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to!
