The staff are so rude and it is clear that none of them want to be there, when I order through the app and go inside to pick up, all the employees are yelling at each other, complaining about how many orders they have, so unorganized, and completely unprepared for the rush that happens EVERY DAY that they should be used to by now. The chips are always, somehow, overcooked and stale at the same time? The queso is always clumpy, the chicken in my burrito is always tough and fatty. The new red chimichurri was 95% oil. Whether I pick up in person or get door dash, I am always underwhelmed. Tonight was my last time ordering at this location. Please do better.
