- DRDakota RobbinsJan 12, 20261.0The poor girl behind the counter was scrambling because she was the only one working at the store at 2:47 PM when there are at least 5 people in the store, and more coming in and out. Despite the fact they were severely understaffed, the worker was polite and helpful. They need to be more generous with their staffing for the sake of their employees AND customers. This is a commonality in all of the locations owned by this franchisee. It’s sad to see so many faces come and go from these Dunkin’s but I suspect that the lack of staffing is one of the reasons why.

- MMmuklucjoDec 27, 20253.0Manager abuses his staff to the point that at times labor relations should get involved. The staff here are excellent they try and make everyone feel welcome sometimes slow but that’s only when it’s really busy never see the manager jump in and help during those times
