  Consistantly bad. Dunkin Go. 3 different time and day visits. And 3 wrong orders. The 3rd, most recent, visit the window server was adamant about making the drink in question. The server was so confident. They were WRONG. The sticker said black tea. The tea bag was in the water. WRONG. It was a coffee. With a line forming, I wasn't going to argue nor did I have enough time for a confrontation. If you go, I'd suggest you check your order and request corrections right there at the window. Perhaps the staff will pay attention to the orders.

  The employees are nice enough but more often than not they give you whatever donuts they feel like giving you instead of what was ordered. It’s starting to become a waste of money trying to order from here. I have no problem choosing replacements if they’d give me the option, but they don’t even let you know something is unavailable before choosing a replacement for you. EDIT: If I could give 0 stars at this point I would. There are 2 competent employees and if neither of them is there this location doesn’t function. I sat in the drive thru waiting to order, saying “hello” multiple times because no one came to the speaker. I normally mobile order but today mobile ordering was down for this location. I tried to order at the window and they would not allow it. I requested the manager and the employees that were there both said she had left for the day. Either they were lying or this woman can magically pop into existence from somewhere else because she suddenly was there. Absolute GARBAGE service unless the 2 competent employees (neither of whom are the manager) are there. Nothing but attitude and nastiness from the young employees. Would not recommend this location at this point to anyone. I’d rather go out of my way to find a dunkin that can handle making a single coffee and putting donuts in a box without wondering how the employees manage to hold down jobs.

  I mobile order almost every time I go. If I order at the window it takes forever for someone to help you. They just look at you until they feel like coming over. I mobile ordered and picked up 10 minutes later today. They were still making my coffee when I got there and completely messed it up. Tastes bitter, old, and oily.

  Honestly this is the worst dunkin donuts. Somehow they manage to make cold brew taste acidic and burnt (Im pretty sure they just put the old regular coffee from the previous day into the cold brew for the next day). They routinely mess up orders and have a very slow drive through, especially considering they do not have to worry about customers in the store. Go to the dunkin donuts by EB, they are way better.
