- SJStephanie Jensen3 days ago1.0I don’t know when the last time they cleaned the windows or swept but it definitely hasn’t been in the past week. Almost all tables were dirty. Gross.
- AWAmy Whitehouse5 days ago1.0I would order from Chipotle frequently, several times a week, because I do love their salads. However, the accuracy of getting my order correct has been 0% out of the past 15-20 orders. In fact, I've noted that my order has been incorrect so much, that pepper, their AI bot, won't even assist me anymore. This shows me that this company truly doesn't care, if the consistent complaints don't seem to be doing anything for anybody, except shutting out their customers. Clearly, no one is double-checking the orders before they go out, and obviously since their customer service has opted to no longer assist me with my constant complaints because of their errors, it's no longer worth my money or my time. If I could give the zero Stars, I would.

Every time we've come here, the wait has been very long, constantly out of ingredients, and the food areas look very, very messy. Nothing against the staff. For the most part they seem okay. But holy smokes do they need more workers there, and they've needed more for a couple of years at this point.
