    Today February 23rd 2026 I ordered through your doordash and the dasher noticed that she received the wrong order. The dash went back to Wendy's and requested that they give her the correct order and she was told no. The workers at this franchise the Dasher said was very rude and nasty. I'm going to do a formal complaint against this business. I will be reporting this franchise to the better Business bureau in any other places that I can. If I find a way to report this to headquarters I will gladly do so. I'm trying to find the person on TV that people uses to show people who the workers truly are. I hope that undercover Boss can also go to all franchises besides Wendy's to appreciate customers. This franchise should of went ahead and did a new order rather than being nasty to the person who came and picked up the order. This franchise gave my order to somebody else and didn't compensate me for this incident. Mind you I had a long day from work with excruciating weather, I'm exhausted and one of the peace of mind with relaxing and enjoying my meal that I ordered. This place and any other place that behaves like this towards people should be shut down completely If they refuse to fire the staff and replace them with better ones.

    Greenwich Wendy’s. - The past several times we have gone through the drive thru they have gotten our order wrong. Sometimes I pull over in the parking lot and catch it and walk back in to get the correct items but other times we don’t have the time to do so. This past time we ordered two burgers, a chicken sandwich meal and a nugget meal. . We received 4 chicken sandwiches, small nuggets and two orders of small fries, I also upped it to a medium size combo. The drinks were medium,

    I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had today at the Wendy’s location in Greenwich, Connecticut. I am a regular Wendy’s customer near my home and have always been satisfied with the quality and service. However, while traveling through Greenwich, I stopped at this location and ordered the $8 Biggie Bag. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect the standards I associate with your brand. The French fries container was only filled to what appeared to be about half of its normal capacity. The junior cheeseburger was noticeably smaller than expected—closer in size to a slider than what I have consistently received at other Wendy’s locations. In addition, the dining area tables had crumbs and food residue on them and had not been wiped down. When I asked for extra napkins so I could clean the table before eating, I was initially given only one napkin. When I explained that I needed additional napkins to clean the table, I was told they were in the back. After repeating my request, I was given just three more napkins. The overall customer service experience was poor, and it felt as though basic items such as napkins and proper portion sizes were being unnecessarily restricted. This does not reflect what I understand to be Wendy’s corporate standards. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as this type of experience can discourage loyal customers from returning. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure consistency in food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

    It's absurd that I have been in the drive-thru line for 28 minutes and they're only two cars ahead of me. Even ordering at the board, the person took my order I never confirmed anything it just went quiet.

    I received the worst service from Wendy's and cold , burned French fries .. the chicken sandwich was terrible.
