They have downsized and now eliminated the pita. On Tuesday I ordered my usual KidsMeal with a half pita. No problem. Yesterday I ordered the same and the manager shouted from the back grill that cava didn’t include that any more. I said that I had it the day before. The server gave it to me anyway since I never get pita chips or dressing. But the manager’s attitude was so inappropriate. I work in a customer service industry. Treating customers well should be #1 on the list. I don’t have to tell you the many different approaches she could taken to get the result she wanted and still satisfy the customer. BTW the Kids Meal is a great deal even for adults. That’s an avenue you should grow. Michael
