I observed an employee handling raw fries and burger meat with bare hands and then using the same glove for multiple tasks, including touching buns, and utensils. At one point, the employee even touched their nose and then returned to handling food without changing gloves or washing hands. Due to these hygiene concerns, my son and I chose to cancel our orders. The staff refunded us, but did not ask why or address the situation. I hope management takes steps to ensure proper food safety practices, as this could pose a health risk to customers.
