  This location needs some serious help. FOUR MONTHS they turned off my ability to approve substitutions. They kept claiming it wasn’t them, and that it must be customer care. 2 dozen calls and all the time I wasted for it to turn out to be their own fault.

  Jeff is the Stop & Shop MVP, along with Tom from produce and the white haired cart man! They were the only employees who beared the storm to show up for work. Without them I wouldn’t be able to buy all this food that my toddler is going to throw on the floor for the dog. Thank you for your bravery and commitment gentlemen!
