My last two pick up orders: 1) Haven’t been packed in time for the pick up window; I’ve had to call to confirm when the order will be ready to know when to come. 2) Cars that arrive well after me have received their groceries before I have (and when I head over, I report that I’m on my way, and that I’ve arrived.) 3) I’ve wait 20+ minutes in the parking lot before receiving my grocery order. If there are staffing issues, I would hope that management is able to just how many orders that can accept for any given time period. And if they can’t, shame on your S&S for not setting your stores up for success. I try to do my own grocery shopping, but when that’s not an option, it’s nice to know that ordering ahead and picking up is available. Sorry to say that I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location if I can avoid it.
