The drink station had overflowing garbage and napkins strewn.about. - Ambiance & Atmosphere: How well the restaurant creates a desired mood or experience. I was eyeballed and ignored for at least 3 minutes. Th drive thru employee was loud, obnoxious, and obscene. * Menu Originality & Concept:Same menu we have come to expect. No issues. * Presentation & Plating: sandwiches put together well. No issues * Cultural Relevance & Impact: Does the restaurant have a place in the community. It provides a necessary service.

Then after giving you the wrong food, they make you wait and if you get impatient, they tell you that you've only been waiting 2 minutes, when its clearly almost 15 mins. THEN if you ask for a refund...yup!!! They'll short change you AGAIN. NEVER AGAIN.

Everyone’s nice and I can easily get in and out—meanwhile at night I’ve had in the drive thru for about 10 min just to get my order taken, and another 10 waiting behind only two other cars, then another 10 to get my food. I’ve never had a good night experience. Some crew members are actually really nice, but there’s some that make the experience worse by the way they talk to customers and by making orders wrong. Maybe yall just need managers on at night if people are calling out and leaving their team by themselves
