    Stopped by Dunkin’ and grabbed a large hot coffee, and they nailed it. I asked for it not too sweet, and it came out exactly right—smooth, balanced, and perfect for the morning. The staff clearly paid attention to the order, and it made a big difference. Simple things done well keep me coming back.

    Customer service on Sundays is horrible. To order a coffee it takes 10 minutes. To get to the cashier window ls another 10 minutes. Monday thru Saturday the service and customer service is great. I’m better off going to a different Dunkin on Sundays.

    I was in a rush one time.. and they got me in and out when I needed It !!! I was so happy! Very professional and down to earth like family. Sometimes I need that good morning. Cause I was waking up on auto-pilot

    I was at this Dunkin yesterday and there was an absolutely rude Spanish male employee (didn't have a name tag) working the drive thru around 9:15 am. I gave him 13$ a ten annd 3 singles and my total was 7$ and some change. He said you gave me too much money I responded I wanted a solid 5 back. He miscounted the money and only gave me back 4 for change. I told him I was missing a dollar. He then began to tell me that I gave him the wrong amount, I said sir I gave you a 10 and 3 singles. He responded with NO, you didint I then asked to speak to a manager. He responded “you can ask to talk to who ever you like but I know what you gave me”. Then at this point the manager a Spanish woman comes over and he begins to bagger me in Spanish about how I’m lying and trying to get extra money. I tell him I speak Spanish and there’s no need to speak like that. I tell him maybe it was a simple misunderstanding or miscommunication. He respond with “you’re understanding me right now right! YOU ONLY GAVE ME 1 ten and 2 singles”. I respond this treatment is crazy never in my life have I been treated like this at a place of business! The manager recognizes me since I used to be a regular who lived in the area. She says no worries and gives back the dollar. It doesn't end there, I was waiting for my second order I then pay him 10$ he sarcastically says do you see that this is only 10$. I said clearly sir there’s no need for the sarcasm. He response with “clearly right”. I then take my coffee and left absolutely disgusted on how he is allowed to speak and treat customers. I will not be back! He should not be allowed to interact with customers without basic human decency. He was rude and badgering! I hope something can me done! I tried calling the store 2x but got no answer!

    Either the machine is not working or they don't have what you want at all or you repeat what you want 3 times and they still screw it up
