  I came here on 2/27 and this was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at Chipotle. First, the customer service was shockingly bad. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping anyone. No greeting, no eye contact, and when I asked a simple question about an ingredient, I was met with attitude and eye-rolling. It honestly felt like I was an inconvenience. The food was even worse. The rice was undercooked and crunchy, the chicken was dry and barely warm. My bowl was thrown together sloppily. Definitely not the quality you expect when you’re paying $15+ for a meal. To top it off, the atmosphere was disgusting. Tables were dirty, trash cans were overflowing, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept all day. The whole place just felt grimy and poorly managed. And the cherry on top, as I'm walking out I see the gentleman making the digital orders EATING FOOD FROM THE LINE WITH HIS GLOVES ON WHILE MAKING ORDERS. I will NEVER be coming back to this location and yall should not either cause this is just ridiculous.

  Employees are very rude. I also work in dunkin and i know that how i treat every customer. Sometimes its okay but every time i visit they are like they just don’t like their job

  I placed a in store order and i was taking that food to my grandma who lives half hour away and unfortunately there is not any near chipotle there. I ordered multiple bowls and asked the lady to give me salsa and sour cream on side, i was not in rush, she was pissed for that to pack in side. Second time I ordered through their app and went in store at promised time. The lady tells me that she thought that my three bowls were a mistake and she just made one of them. I was okay with that it happens sometimes but then another lady who was making order she starts making fun of order and the way i ordered. As i add three coupon i used them individually. I was happy to wait but the way treats their customers is not what i am looking for. I went to south windsor location they are really good at customer service. Also chipotle app is not helping me to solve this issue.

  Rubber and old chicken and sloppily put together orders. I’ve seen food sanitary issues here first hand. Shame because I’ve been to other locations that don’t operate as poorly as Glastonbury has.
