It was understandably very busy, and the employees were clearly under a lot of pressure. Most of the staff were doing their best to help customers and keep things moving. Unfortunately, one employee, Ashley, was extremely rude not only to customers, but also to her own coworkers who were trying to help manage the rush. No customers were being loud or disrespectful, yet she was yelling and raising her voice repeatedly over the fact that certain bagels were unavailable. A simple, polite explanation of what options were left would've been enough, rather than screaming at everyone. It was uncomfortable to witness, and it was clear her behavior was negatively affecting both customers and her coworkers. You could see how upset and discouraged the rest of the staff felt. Even when a manager walked in and attempted to tell her “shh”, the behavior continued. This was especially disappointing to experience on Christmas Eve. I understand holiday stress happens, but being professional and having basic respect go a long way especially towards coworkers who are working just as hard. Video proof could be provided if needed.

The employee was very loud and rude and I didn't feel welcomed at all. The funny thing is for all she k ows I could be the new district manager. Now that would be funny. I will NEVER EVER WALK INTO THEIR ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.
