I’m not sure if employees aren’t waiting for the pot to finish brewing before taking any out or you’re putting less grinds in the basket but the coffee has been terrible! Your staff is great and I’m always greeted with a friendly smile.

But today was a little disappointing. Gales Ferry Dunkin on Rt 12. Service at drive through was polite. Greeted me at window. Fast service. But no tag or markings on coffee to say how many creams were put in or even the flavor. Usually the fudge is able to be seen at the bottom and I need to give an extra shake but love to drink it that way. Flavor is a little off. Is it because they mixed so well? Or not as much pistachio almond as usual. Eh? It's still iced dunkin on the first day of summer. Oh. Didnt give or offer me my receipt. Sometimes like to do the survey and get a free donut.
