  I’ve wasted maybe $50-$100 in the last few months with getting my coffees made in accurately no matter how easy I make it for them to understand. Some of the staff is good, 3/4 of the staff simply does not care like the world revolves around them. Half of them tell me they can’t take the coffees back, a few of them ask me out of spite for my coffee or food back when we wouldn’t want the food because the inside is still frozen. shaken espressos and lattes are the same to most of the staff, they will be rude under pressure. You need to fire those people and hire people that appreciate the culture of baristas.. this is why Starbucks absolutely dominates your company.. I am to the point to where I am done ordering coffees from you guys.. You won’t even honor remakes, from your guys mess ups, because you’re sick of making them from repeatedly messing up orders.

  Lately your coffee tastes like flavored water. I’m not sure if employees aren’t waiting for the pot to finish brewing before taking any out or you’re putting less grinds in the basket but the coffee has been terrible! Your staff is great and I’m always greeted with a friendly smile.

  They don't have any of the items listed in stock and they won't provide a refund if you pay for something they don't have. They also won't tell you that they don't have the food or drinks in stock until after you pay. Check first before you pay.

  Dunkin is dunkin. What can you say about them? Coffee is usually yummy. I have become slightly addicted to pistachio almond fudge flavor. But today was a little disappointing. Gales Ferry Dunkin on Rt 12. Service at drive through was polite. Greeted me at window. Fast service. But no tag or markings on coffee to say how many creams were put in or even the flavor. Usually the fudge is able to be seen at the bottom and I need to give an extra shake but love to drink it that way. Flavor is a little off. Is it because they mixed so well? Or not as much pistachio almond as usual. Eh? It's still iced dunkin on the first day of summer. Oh. Didnt give or offer me my receipt. Sometimes like to do the survey and get a free donut.
