It took them another 3 mins for someone to come help us. 13 mins later when we wanted to order they said they ran out of bread. We were there at 7:30 and store closes at 9. This is the second time this place did not have bread. We ended up going to Bristol Panera and service was awesome.

There was a small mistake made (the cheese was missing) and the manager went above and beyond to correct such a small mistake. All I wanted was another sandwich with cheese, because it’s so good, and the manager not only very kindly remade my sandwich, but she also gave me a full refund which was completely unnecessary, however it was greatly appreciated. It just takes an act of kindness to, make someone’s day! And that’s what this manager did! Thank you so much ❤️
