- NNNickOct 7, 20255.0Two young ladies were working Thursday night. They were exceptional! They were warming and welcoming. My drink was made very quickly and it was delicious. Pastries are amazing here. I love the atmosphere. I had a great experience and it definitely made me want to revisit. I will be recommending this lovely place to friends and family. Thank you for having such great employees!

Only wanted a latte nothing else, no food or any other drinks and there was still 2 hours before close, and I was still served with an attitude. No greeting, no hello or how are you, didn’t even ask to take my order. Just looked at me and waited for me to start talking. I’m not saying I expect spectacular customer service, but a simple hello would’ve sufficed. I’ve worked customer service jobs for 4 years now, and know that jobs like these are tiring but that’s still no excuse to be insufferable. I’ve worked jobs significantly more fast paced than this, and still kept a positive attitude. Hire better people, please. There’s plenty of people that want work that will maintain lovely standards.

They did not want to help us because we didn’t realize it was going to close in 15 minutes. We ordered and the girl making our food kept scoffing and rolling her eyes. She was slamming the supplies on the counter, slamming cabinets and doors. I’ve never met someone so rude and the girl taking our order was not nice at all either. Will not be coming back
