I decided to order on 3/11/2026 for the buy one get one offer they had going thinking it would be a good deal. I ordered two little bacon burgers and one as fine but the other one was missing bacon, A1 sauce, and the grilled mushrooms. 3 out of 4 toppings missing. I got a burger with a patty and onions. It was dry and disgusting and went in the trash. I decided to take a chance on this chain once more and was just disappointed. I will never return. Service was fine.

We walk up to order, and one of the guys said “We aren’t taking orders inside. We are backed up”. Thinking I heard him incorrectly I said “what?” And he turned his back to me… so I stood there for a second because I knew they closed at 10. I check beforehand… A lady behind the counter looked at me and said “what happened? “ so I told her I wanted to order. And she repeated what the man said. I asked what time they close, and she confirmed 10, and they can only take online orders because they are backed up… so I said “ It’s 8:10…so you’re telling me I can go out to my car, order, and come back in to pick it up?” She said “yup, if it goes through.” How does that make any sense!? On our way out, a group of guys said “that’s what we just did” Can’t even make this up.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
