I tell the cashier my order 2 middle coffees 3 French vanilla shots,and 3 creams . She didn’t ask me if I wanted them hot or cold and o didn’t remember to tell her hot . She served both of them cold and I’ve no choice but to leave with them as it is . When I get back to work my coworker say he doesn’t drink cold coffee and neither do I .. so I wasted my money..
