Despite having only spoken with me by phone, Chef Gamma greeted me by name from across the restaurant as my guests and I were seated. Throughout the dining experience, Chef Gamma checked on us, along with assistant manager Kaitlin and servers Hannah and Brianna. Much thanks to Chef Gamma and the Brio team for making our celebration truly memorable.

Ceasars salad was good! They also brought out our entree minutes after delivering the appetizer. It was NYE, we wanted to enjoy a leisurely meal.
