- MWmichelle wongOct 22, 20241.0I just stopped by this Subway location, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. There were no other customers at the time, but the employee, Bertha, was incredibly rude throughout the entire interaction. When we tried to order a sandwich with mozzarella, she mumbled under her breath that they didn’t have it. When we politely asked what cheeses they did have, she ignored us completely. We then requested Parmesan, and she curtly told us they didn’t have that either. Even after we gave her our sandwich order, her attitude remained unpleasant, making the entire experience uncomfortable. I certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone visit this location unless they’re in the mood for a frustrating and unfriendly encounter. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes steps to improve customer interactions moving forward.
