  I bought a Happy Meal and received a girl's toy. I asked the staff to please swap it for a boy's toy, but they refused. Poor service.

  I want to go on record to express just how disappointed I have become with McDonald’s over time. I’ve encountered various minor issues, starting with the day they forgot to put cheese in my burger. Then, on another occasion, they forgot the sauces—a simple thing, perhaps, but one that really makes a difference to the overall experience. But nothing compares to the day they forgot to hand me my soda. That day really stuck with me because I had just worked a shift of about 13 hours; I had a headache, was extremely tired, and only realized once I got home that my soda simply wasn't in the bag. It was frustrating, to say the least. And what saddens me most is realizing that the quality of service has only continued to decline over time. I don’t blame the employees—many of them do the best they can with the resources they have. The real failure lies in the lack of effective leadership—a manager who is truly present, someone who can genuinely ensure organization, quality, and respect for the customer. I sincerely hope that, someday, I will once again receive good service at a McDonald’s location. I still hold onto that hope, even after so many poor experiences. It was at Thursday 19th March, 2026.   Ordered the big arch which is marketed as a premium sandwich. Bothe the beat and bread were drier than sandpaper. Terrible quality
