- TXT X4 days ago1.0We shopped in the store before covid and the store was filthy especially the dairy area. During and after covid we used the shop at home and pick up. The parking spaces are full with people not doing pickup and the store didn’t care. Our grocery orders were wrong 1/2 the time. They gave us rotten produce, expired milk and dairy, and more than once gave part of our order to someone else. It got so bad they were giving me gift cards almost every week for their stupidity and incompetence. Bottom line this store is a disaster and they dont care about getting anything right. I also called corporate many times and they did nothing. Money talks and we shopped there every week for 5 years spending about 40k and we are never going back. Hopefully this will save someone else the endless headaches of this poorly managed store.
