Last few experiences of delivery was horrible. Tonight I received my Chicken salad without a chicken in it. Yesterday my order was just cancelled and i stayed hungry for dinner. Oh and yeah a couple times before either spoon or croutons were missing for the soup . THIS IS NOT OKAY!!!!! I never experienced service like that at other locations . Love the food but horrible and neglectful service last couple times IN A ROW is a big disappointment.

The staff is really nice. However, this goes to the Panera corporation; you call yourselves Panera Bread, emphasis on "bread"! However, Panera Bread offers only white flour, refined bread! Panera Bread can't offer a multigrain bread??? , They used to have a whole grain baguette which was delicious and healthy. You don't need a nutrition degree (though I do retain a master's degree in nutrition) to know that the "bread" offered wrecks havoc on the microbiome of the intestines, needless to say not good for blood sugar levels! Seriously, am I the only one out there that recognizes this? Sincerely, O Michael Petillo, MS, CDN Certified Dietitian Nutritionist Department of Public Health State of Connecticut, Licensed

If I can give this place, no stars I would, but unfortunately, you have to put something here in order to write a review. I purchased something from this store on October 30 and everything wasn’t cooked. It seemed as if it was warmed up in the microwave. My soup was congealed as a solid as if it was just oil.. I contacted them regarding this they gave me rewards. I ordered it again on the 31st. I was violently ill Stomach bug in the hospital couldn’t keep anything down. I contacted them again and they refused to give my money… because credits but the food made me sick. Anyways I beg you guys do not eat from this location they are aware of the situation and isn’t taking the matter seriously about my illness .
