Gave me the wrong order and when I went back through drive thru they wanted the incorrect meal back. I said since you're going to throw this out, I can give it to a homeless man we can see from the restaurant. The woman in charge said no we need to throw it away. I indicated that I would just pay for both meals and could you please just get the other meal and I'll take care of it. She said, no, you'll have to drive back around and place the other order again, because I wouldn't let them throw out the food. I have the homeless man the sandwich and left without my meal. Disgusting.

Just had to use the bathroom. Although I haven't been able to rate any of their menu items palatable in many years, their cleanliness is still quite evident in their toilette.

I had a terrible experience tonight. We sat at the intercom for over 10 minutes with no response. I even said “hello” and the car next to us was also just waiting. Since I had already placed my order through the app and no one told us otherwise, I moved forward. After another 20 minutes, when we finally reached the window, we were told we had to go all the way back in line because I “didn’t give my order at the intercom.” To make matters worse, the so-called manager Im assuming spoke to us with an extremely rude attitude, saying, “the drive-through is busy.” How exactly are customers supposed to know what to do if no instructions are given at the intercom? So I decided to cancel my order and as I was driving off she then screamed “bye!”, This was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.

I can order only if I am on a car. I am not on a car so I can’t order. Absurd.
