- JWJulie WundNov 15, 20251.0I arrived approximately 25 minutes before closing, well within operating hours. Despite this, the employee informed me that she could not make a latte and that the only options available were already brewed coffee or cold brew. This is completely unacceptable. If the store is open, it should be able to serve the full menu, especially basic items like a latte. It makes no sense for a location to still be open but unable or unwilling to prepare standard drinks. Customers should not be told that items are unavailable simply because staff are shutting things down early. This is unprofessional and misleading, and it creates a terrible experience for anyone relying on your posted hours. I hope this issue is addressed immediately, as this location clearly needs stronger oversight and adherence to proper closing procedures. I would appreciate a response regarding how this will be resolved. Thank you.

I was so pissed because I’m on the highway traveling and was starving. I said hello 3 times and because she was so tuned into the phone she wasn’t working.
