  I would honestly go to any other walkable coffee shop if there was one, i usually dont have anything good or bad to say about this specific dunkin and I am never one to talk down to a barista but they never follow instructions, if the order clearly says what I am allergic to then please dont put it in my coffee or drink, They are busy and thats fine but that should not be the case when I am paying for my stuff and still not getting what i need, When i try to explain it to them, its like I am talking to a wall, The front person does not understand English, Now i am not saying to not hire non- English Speakers but at least put someone in front who can understand it. I would not go to this place if i didnt have to.

  I came in for Christmas drink and asked for advices at the register to choose from. I was very happy and energized and smiling. At the moment i left i felt like i came in there bothering someone. When you choose staff you have to make sure you let them know that the customers experience is important. I will not come back to this place. 👎🏻 Not because of the product but because of the staff. Come on is Christmas. We don’t need to spend out money where people is not happy. 12/23/25 9:24 am

  Gave me a plain coffee in my order which was a MACCHIATO and thought i was dumb enough to not taste the difference. Pathetic
