- JTJames ThompsonApr 2, 20261.0They do not give any type of food. I was trying to order. The guy that was serving he gave me the littlest scoop of meat. I would never recommend eating here for the bad service.
- RRResMar 31, 20261.0Terrible location. Every time I come here, they never have salad dressing even though I order a salad. The manager clearly tells their employees to hold them only for online orders when they start to they start to run out and to tell in-store customers they’re out. Last time I was there, I watched 3 employees act weird when I asked for it. Management- how hard is it to make more? Is it really affecting your gross margin and bonus payment using these ingredients? On top of it, they are skimping on portions. One employee ripped off the customer behind me and told the cashier he asked for double meat when it was clearly half and half. This is all unacceptable and to the manager, rest assure I will be taking this to corporate. Save yourself frustration and try the next closest Chipotle. This one stays in business only because of the Fairfield U kids.

During my last visit it was 6pm and the server stated they were out of chicken to the line of us waiting and some people decided to leave and I asked are you not making more? Is it closing time? The server stated "yeah but it will be a wait". Well duh, just tell people how long the wait is. On a separate occasion the perceived manager was asked by the cashier to give us change and she came over and with a straight face said she had no change, as in bills. As if our money would be converted into their tip and there were no alternative way to handle this particular scenario. Sorry Chipotle, it isn't worth the brain cramps to continue to be treated as a non-customer and over charged for it.
