Born in Astoria, Queens in July 2017, Chip City began as a hobby between two childhood friends as they sought to recreate the simple taste of their childhood. What began as a fun challenge to see who could create the best cookie turned into the Chip City we know and love today.

- DDDeniseJan 31, 20261.0They do not close at 10pm. Just tried coming here at 9:30pm 1/31/26 and the lady working literally screamed at us when we walked in the door “I AM CLOSED. THAT’S WHY MY LIGHTS ARE OFF.” Mind you I’ve never been to this place — it’s obviously not completely dark in there since she’s still in there and the door isn’t even locked. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
