My experiences have included items missing from a sandwich, didn't include an ordered item, and another time missing a requested condiment. While they quickly give you a free item for their error, I'd rather just have what I ordered filled correctly the first time.

At least we can have a decent chicken sando now while we wait on traffic. Milkshakes are also quite good.
