- KTKaleigh Thibodeau-Grivois3 days ago5.0Jamal was very friendly and efficient! He greeted regulars, while tidying up the dining rooms, all while balancing taking orders from the other customers. I was greeted as soon as I came in, he made sure everything I was ordering was correct, and sold me on more things I wasn't necessarily going to order when I came in (without being pushy at all) While waiting for food, the cooks preparing it checked in with me frequently to keep me updated and make me feel seen. This is my go to place for burgers, which are always delicious. Thank you to everyone in there for their hard work!

I ready to pick up the food and when it came it really wasn't even hot the cheese is regular processed cheese not even real cheese the burger was cold and very sloppy don't understand why these burgers are so expensive won't go again.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
