  I usually don't make reviews on places because I personally feel like it's never that serious to take time out of your day to bash employees. But what I saw genuinely shocked me. I was sitting in the drive thru someday last week, and the person first handed me my drink and they were waiting on the food so they closed the window and took the next persons order. I see them use the scooper to get the ice that is connected to the soda machine. Then I see this man that is walking past the machine reach into the same place where the ice is stored with his BARE hands and proceed to put the ice in his mouth. The person that was on drive thru didn't say anything either like this was just a normal occurrence. I was just so disgusted that I just wanted my food so I could go home. If they do that in front of their customers, imagine what they do knowing the customers can't see them. DO NOT get your drinks with ice at this location you are drinking bacteria! This place should be shut down immediately! Edit: This store is trying to hide my review. This is the second time I've had to edit it to make sure it's visible! Maybe if you wouldn't do disgusting things, you wouldn't have to go through the trouble of dealing with reviews that can affect your business.

  The little girl that was on the cash register last night has literally no sense of urgency. I was waiting so long for my food to the point when I got it, it was already cold. And then the cherry on the top, I see the counter girl just walking so slowly back up to the front like she doesn’t have a job to do. It’s called FAST food.

  Slowest Wendy’s in existence. 30 minutes to put grilled chicken on a tortilla. Employee locked doors I waited and when I finally got my order, they didn’t even give me a BS courtesy apology acknowledging my wait.

  I pulled up in the drive thru around 8:30 on Sunday the 4th. No one answered the drive thru so I assumed the store was closed for the night. As I’m driving out of the drive thru, I see about 6 workers just sitting down in the lobby and talking amongst themselves. My question is where was the manager on shift? I’m contacting corporate.

  Went in to grab food on my break and a worker by the drive thru was stuffing his face with a burger while handling peoples food. Then proceeded to wipe his mouth and nose and continue to handle people's food. Asked the Manger for my money back and told him why and he offered no apology ,nothing. Stay far away from this place, the workers there clearly don't care about food safety. This happened at 735pm on 1/2/26.
