- RJReinaldo Bonilla Jr.4 days ago2.0I honestly enjoy Taco Bell when I'm on a budget but the problem with this particular location is God Forbid there's more then 3 cars in the Drive Through they legit legit will have you stuck there for a various amount of time with no accomodations no offense but if I have to wait more then 15 minutes for my food it should be free or at the very least heavily discounted this has plagued me a few times my family just moved out here we now know if there's more then 2 cars just keep driving not sure who is accountable but it should never be the customer I took my business elsewhere a few times the food is good though when you don't have to wait forever for it at the end of the day it's still considered fast food until it's not

When I asked what the ridiculously long wait was she informed me it was because there was a lot of customers in the dining room. It is dark... your dining room is lit and there are windows... there were 9 people inside and they too were all waiting for food. And if you think that's a lot of customers i don't know what to say. I worked in fine dining for years. 10 customers is a closed restaurant. If you're not fast food get rid of the drive up and cook to order. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
