After purchasing just over $35.00 on sandwiches and a soup, I requested some extra dip for the large French Dipper sandwich and was refused by both an employee AND the restaurant manager. I was told I could purchase a soup to use as dip, but no additional dip would be given to me. The large French Dipper sandwich came with a cup filled 1/3 of the way, barely enough to dip HALF the sandwich. What a shame to be both shorted dip AND refused more to enjoy the sandwich as it was designed to be eaten and enjoyed. Very disappointing!

And OF COURSE....Panera is the only drive-thru chain that lets people order full meals and hold up the line, instead of asking them to pull forward when they have to make a steak dinner or complicated order. Every other chain asks people to move forward.
