So I come to this location almost 4 times a week because my son is nonverbal and he loves McDonald’s never had a problem before today while in drive-through The spritefrom my son and daughters meal burst in my lap because the ice machine dispensed out too much ice cubes per the young lady at the drive-through After having to ride home, soaking wet once we get in the house, I noticed that the food french fries the burger. Everything was pretty much cold. The cheese was not even melted. I called back and spoke to a manager less than five minutes leaving the store. They told me I had to bring the food back which my son already started eating the cold food and I’m not able to tell him to stop in order for me to change my clothes. Go back to McDonald’s give them the same food to get new food. This might be my last time going to this McDonald’s and thank God there’s two other ones and our town of Enfield, Connecticut. Train your manager into talking to people with a little more respect all she is doing is sitting down looking at the cameras not doing anything. I placed order, but the store was closed. They didn’t refund me that experience. Don’t go this McDonald’s don’t place order again.

The local was shockingly dirty—the dining area and the tables were filthy, and the staff barely acknowledged me. My Quarter Pounder meal was ruined; the french fries were reheated, stale, and cold. I was given no napkins and was not offered any sauce. This place is an embarrassment, and I will never return.
