I tried contacting the location to tell them I had an allergy when I ordered. I tried contacting them to tell them my order was wrong and made me sick. I called multiple times and when I finally got a person the manager didn't ask if I was ok or apologize he actually said ,"I haven't been at work long I was helping a new hire when you called a few minutes ago and I wasn't working yesterday." You guys made someone sick and clearly your managers don't know how to handle the situation. No apologies no guest accident report. He said I'll have the GM call you. Still haven't heard anything. Clearly they don't care about accuracy keeping guests safe or taking accountability when they make mistakes that untimitly could have killed their guest. Dont eat here they don't care about your safety.
