For the first time in my life, as a very long time customer. I can say I'm highly upset that 5 guys seems to be skimping on the fries now with an increased price. A terrible time... Of this is the new way I'm highly upset and will likely order from here less if I'm being honest.

The service here is the worst. They take forever and the employees just ignore you. It’s also dirty and the seating is weird.

Good burger, little bit pricey though. When I ask for no cheese and the cashier repeats it back I shouldn't get a cheeseburger 😫
