- CMCarmella MolteniDec 19, 20251.0I like to come here before I go to work in the morning and usually is amazing service The past few times has also been a bad experience but today ruined it for me. I used to work in customer service and I understand the rush and pressure. I came 15 minutes early before I leave for work to account for rush time I sat in line for 10 minutes and sat the window for another five after paying for ONLY a bacon avocado toast and hash browns I see that it takes another 3 minutes and I try to wave to catch the attention of the worker and say excuse me a couple of time to attempt to get a refund and go to work she looks at me and ignores me actively until I lightly tap on the window bc I need to leave for work. She then suddenly has my food shoves into my hands and says “We’re very busy” in a snotty tone and slams the window shut As a former customer service manager I would hope whoever runs this place re train their employees bc this is unacceptable.

The girl who made the food read off what was in the bag, but the food was wrong in the bag. How do you not read the screen right when you're making the food but read it right off the bag? We ordered certain food cause of allergies and then its made wrong and you cant eat it due to those allergies. For the cost of the food these days the workers should really be paying attention to whats going on. People can get extremely sick from allergies. Spent $6 on a sandwich you cant eat. Seriously dunkin employees, do better, pay attention.
