It’s typical Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and donuts so no issue with the food but the service and atmosphere is needing much improvement. They have young kids that work here with their friends coming in to talk with them and use vulgarity and very loud and not seem to care about their job. A lot of of the school kids come in after school to hang out which is better than the alternative, but there is no management at this location that overseas their people are working and not spending the time on their phone or having their friends come in causing a disturbance to people trying to enjoy a cup of coffee

Drive Thru: Hit or miss but last few times I've gone which has been in the afternoon around 2:00 or 3:00 its been a complete miss. They not onlybtake forever to just take ur order or even acknowledge you at the window and ordering speaker. Yesterday I asked for a Sausage Egg and Cheese NOT toasted and they toasted it with a few burned pieces, then today I asked for it on a plain bagel, and it was inedible, the whole bagel was burnt, brown and black and when I was sitting in front of the drive thru window I was starting to get annoyed from waiting so long while the three teenage/young men were just talking to another young customer at the front, they turned to look at me a few times and didn't do anything. I saw someone else drink sitting there while they talked too. It wasn't until another gentleman from the back brought my food out and that's how it looked... it was disgusting. I've never seen a bagel so badly burnt being sent out that way to get eaten. I wish I had seen it before I left the drive thru but I didn't have the time since they wasted it all just talking

I have found this location has been hit or miss and for a long time I avoided it. Then Tuesday I decided to give it a try. I ordered my frozen coffee and got up to the window to find three young guys putting their finger on their nose to call dibs on not making my drink. That was when I knew the quality of my drink would be bad - AGAIN. I decided to just drive away (something I've never done before). My advice is to STAY AWAY.
