I got up there and they were asking for like 3 dollars when I had already paid with my card on the app. They had the manager come over and she had the rudest attitude towards me telling me they couldn’t do anything about it and stood there and continued to talk about me behind the window which was closed. That Dunkin just lost a customer. Will be going to a different one from now on.

He wasn’t wearing any gloves and you could see the coffee that came from the cover on his hand. I ordered a Boston cream donut. When I open the bag, there is an actual feather on my donut. Right there in the frosting! They always take forever, and there always rude! There are several other Dunkin’s in the area, I recommend going to one of those for better service!!
