    Worst service ever. Came in on 10/21/25 at 2:30PM in the afternoon. I ordered a hot coffee on their kiosk then used the restrooms. Came out and coffee wasn't ready. One man was behind the counter cleaning and listening/singing to music in headphones. I stood there for 5 minutes and he never spoke to me and never stopped cleaning and singing. I grew increasingly frustrated until I finally walked out.

    I hate this layout. No chairs, tables etc i normally stop at dunkin in between work appointments. Definitely not coming back to this one.

    terrible workers, I called because they messed up my order yet again and one of the employees in the background said “oh is that *my name* she always complains” like wow I guess they just hire anyone now, and this was my first time calling about them messing up my order so I’m not sure what they’re on about saying that I always complain. bad workers will always be bad workers.
