  This place has horrible customer service — the worst I’ve ever experienced. I placed an order, and it was delivered to the wrong location. When I called to get help, instead of actually trying to fix the problem or help a paying customer, I was put on hold and never answered. Every time I called back after that, they hung up on me. That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This place clearly does not care about its customers at all. They seriously need new management, because if management can’t train staff to be polite, helpful, and respectful, then this business is trash. I will never order from here again.

  Order a pizza from here and the vibe in this place is way off from the manager to the delivery drivers, but basically I ordered my food and. It was a bit cold but when the delivery driver came I was was trying to hurry up due to the rain and I literally was gonna tell him to hold on so I can get him a tip, I Ask if he had garlic butter sauce because I forgot to order it and he said yes” and I ask if I can have one?and he the replied No” as he was walking away! And I said why? He replied because you didn’t give me a tip and I said I was gonna give you a tip i just had to put my order down! So I called the store and some guy answered and stated he would get the manager! I was placed on hold for 17 1/2 min for the same person to come back and tell me he’s the manager and he not allowed to tell me the drivers name either. I asked what he names was and he stated it was James which is a lie! After I explained to him what happened he hung the phone up on me! I’ll never order there again! From the looks of it they to call corporate or something to have the checked out because people that deal with food and deliver food have to have a better attitude makes you feel uncomfortable for someone to have attitude delivering your food. It’s crazy. You can’t even know their name.

  Extremely disappointed! I ordered a pizza for my 4 year old, paid in advance just to have my order left on the front doorstep. No knock, no phone call, nothing. I have never ordered delivery from any place ever and had my food left on my steps but this is the SECOND time this Dominos location has left my food outside on the ground!! After waiting nearly an hour my little one and I decided to look outside and was saddened to see a skunk enjoying his pizza! Called them immediately and they didn’t handle the situation professionally and refused to refund me. Only offered to redeliver the following day considering the skunk being on my front porch all night.

  So after placing my order online and them telling me it was ready waited in store for 15 minutes they told me lie after lie about my pizza then I hear I need a remake of my order ingredients I had to ask if they where remaking mine they said yes took over an hour to get one pizza never again will I give this location my business ended up getting a refund because the pizza came out completely burnt lumpy all over the place. Staff gave nothing but attitude close this location down.
