I called and was told they had to wait a day for the refund. I have not heard anything from them and have not seen refund. No one reached out to me to apologize or correct the issue.

I litterly asked for maybe and made sure there would be mayo on my burger and guess what none after saying it 4-5 times litterly! N the ketchup I got on it was dime size and again cold everything and same with the other food my friend got

Once we put our order in we got our food before we even got our drinks. All we ordered was soft drinks and 1 alcoholic beverage. We asked for extra dressing for our salad and we never got that either. We never got our refilled drinks. The waitress had the manager come over and he handled the situation very unprofessionally. Our waitress then had a terrible attitude and slamming all around us. The entire situation was so uncomfortable we will never recommend the Enfield location to anyone.
