Stopped into the new location tonight, they were obviously busy and the kitchen mess up a bit, but we had the most wonderful and helpful server, I believe her name was madison. She was an absolute sweetheart from the moment she come up to the table, but we happened to notice that when she brought the checks over she was sniffing and obviously upset, one of my friends told me that she was talked to by a higher up off to the side. No matter what happened, shame on management for making her feel this way while she was in the middle of serving or in front of customers, that is completely unacceptable especially when she provided such good service.

My family loves BWW, we are part of the blazing rewards program, and when a location opened up right down the road we were psyched, and asked for gift cards for Christmas! One of the first days they were open we ordered online and it was amazing, perfect, fresh and hot. With kids it's harder to always go out, but we are happy to order in the app to get some great deals... Well online ordering for this location does not work, and it's been this way for over a week at the time of this writing. Figuring it might be because they were busy, we've checked several different times, but it's now always unavailable. We called the store, they said we could call back later and they'd honor the online specials... When we called back they said they wouldn't... When we called and told them the online ordering was down they said they'd have a manager fix it. We finally found a time to go in and had a great meal, service was on point, food was fresh and on point. I mentioned to a manager that online ordering has been down for a while and they said they would fix it... I'd be less frustrated if they just said a reason why, like ironing out issues. Several other people I know have the same issue, and I've lost earned rewards because of this. I've also gone to the faq page, and there is no reach out link...I did email the support account, but haven't heard back. If this ever gets fixed I'll reflect my experiences in how it goes, but now I'm at a (generous) 3 star because if the service in the restaurant.

If this was my only experience with this franchise, it would be one star. They do not currently allow online ordering. In lieu of calling, I went into the store to place and order because I thought it would be easier. The to-go section is very tiny and there is absolutely no where to sit. The staff working the desk are not sufficiently trained to be working independently. There were two registers, and I had to wait 10 min to give my order because one of the registers was in use with someone attempting to place an ordeer over the phone and the other cashier said only that one machine was working. The manager came out and got the second register up and running and supervised my order entry since the staff did not seem to understand how to enter it. Fine. I know they recently opened, and it seemed like things would be okay. Since there wa no where to sit and I am unable to stand long periods, I went to wait in my car. They said 20 min. so I returned to the store after 20 min had elapsed. The manager greeted me and checked my slip and the rack by the door and said he would check on my order for me as it was not yet ready. He never returned. After an additional 10ish min I asked again if there was an update on ETA and was told that my order was the singular order that was on the rack... which the manager had checked and told me was not my order. Which means I was standing with difficulty next to my ready food for that entire time. The food was warmish at the store, but by the time i drove the 5 min home it was completely cold. My time elasped in the store and waiting was from when the cashier mentioned that she had three hours left of her shift tlle the count-down was less than 2 hours.

We were served food we did not order, and when we mentioned it, the waitress insisted it was correct and told us the kitchen was already closed. Instead of offering a solution, her attitude was defensive and unprofessional. It was clear she was rushing to end her shift, which only made the situation stressful and uncomfortable for my partner and me. Poor service, no accountability, and zero empathy. Management should seriously consider hiring and training qualified staff. We will not be returning.

Unfortunately, I hate to give a low review to something that’s brand new when they need to get kinks worked out, however, we’re talking about a corporate entity that has training programs all over the place, so there is no excuse for how poor this place actually is. To start off, we sat at the bar. There was three of us and they had about five or six bartenders on duty, which seemed like an aggressive amount, understandably when New, but it still took 10 minutes for them to come over and offer us menus and take a drink order… And that’s when the BS started, we ordered a round of shots and three drinks, The bartender proceeded to tell us that one of our drinks was considered a shot because my friend drinks Casamigos on the rocks and that he could not have a shot. Until the shot was done, his drink couldn’t be served, which is fine No argument just seems weird. They want to force you to do the shot on their schedule. Anyhow, it took them at least 15 minutes to make three shots of green tea, and then forgot about the drink order. I’ve never heard of this ambiguous law, and I’m pretty sure there’s not another bar that I’ve been to in the state of Connecticut that’s ever done this, but it’s pretty awful when you know these rules and regulations that nobody else follows, but you can’t even put a fork or napkin in front of us when our awful food came out. The chicken wings were Literally the smallest I’ve ever seen in my life, I was actually wondering if these Chickens were chickens at all because they looked like the size of a Cornish game hen wing. We had also ordered some boneless wings, which they should just call homeless wings that were about the size of a McDonald’s, chicken nugget and the sauce wasn’t even tossed on them. It looked like they used a ketchup bottle to squeeze it on just parts of the wing. Never once did a manager come over or anybody that looked over the age of 22 the entire time and ask how we were or if we needed anything especially being a new place. I can’t believe how awful the service was. If I was the manager there, I would’ve shut the place down immediately. Once again, I feel bad giving a terrible review, but it was absolutely terrible and there’s no chance it’s going to last so not too concerned about the corporate entity they are a part of. I hope the employees can find jobs elsewhere that will train them properly because a restaurant is 90% service 10% food and they failed 100%
