  I had ordered a medium caramel iced coffee, light and sweet with liquid sugar and cold foam was not given. Cold foam was not given liquid sugar, nor were they put on the tickets so the girl did not take my order right I asked for the meal deal on a croissant and I was still giving a bagel. I had already left and gone in twice before so I wasn’t going in again terrible service thanks.

  Had a drink made at another Dunkin in Enfield and it didn’t taste like it should so I stopped at the Scitico Dunkin and explained what happened and asked if they could add more of the strawberry flavor but instead the guy working just remade it for free and it was soooo much better!! Thank you to the staff working when I went. They were all so nice and went above and beyond today. Wish I got their names. It was two males and a female. Thank you (all three of you)

  DO NOT COME ON HERE, ESPECIALLY ON WEEKENDS. Genuine idiots at this location. GET CHARGED EXTRA FOR LIQUID SUGAR IN MY ICED LATTE ITS ALL MILK. NO COFFEE.

  This review is mainly on the customer service of this location. I placed an order at a different location in confusion with the address and they were happy to accommodate me with the same order that I paid online for another location. The staff was super professional understanding and accommodating, for my confusion. That is customer service thank you so much. To the owner, you have too notch employees. Wednesday April 1st 8:35 a.m..
