I was then asked if I knew what was in the drink because the cashier didn't know what was in it. I was literally looking at their published menu as I ordered. I was then told they were out of the cold foam used for the drink and was asked if I'd like the regular one. The barista waved me off when I tried to say I didn't like the other cold foams. I didn't want to make an issue, so I said it would have been fine. And it would have been if there wasn't a hair in my drink. I didn't say anything because I really don't like causing a scene, but I am heavily disappointed. I also saw a barista shaking someone else' drink with their ungloved hand on the lid as coffee went splashing everywhere. I know this place can do better. Please reevaluate.

Its not my problem you have a miserable job or you hate it, its no excuse to have zero customer service. All the locations that were owned by the previous owner have all gone down hill so quick this is one of them.
