  My family went to Buffalo wild wings in Enfield CT after a soccer tournament. We were seated immediately and the server took our drink and special appetizer order, which is the deal of unlimited specific appetizers. We didn't see anybody for 40 minutes no one was there. We then placed our orders and the specials which consist of unlimited items and waited and waited. Still no drinks for the adults or the 3 children. After a bit the I would assume was the manager stopped by and stated that our server was not doing well. THE SERVER WAS RIGHT BEHIND HIM! Totally unprofessional in my opinion. His name is Ryan. Well that's what it said in his name badge. Totally threw her under. She was definitely stressed. Ryan comped us a few adult beverages to try to apess us. Then all of a sudden we we're blessed with our order. Received the unlimited apps that were advertised however our meals were then abruptly given to us as well. I will say my entire family was happy with the taste and doneness of our meals however I'm inclined to say it was a massive failure for my family with what Buffalo wild wings advertise.

  I haven’t even gotten any entrées and I already wanted to leave a review because of how great this place is. First off, our waitress is amazing, very great service, very friendly, and let us know of better deals if we wanted to save money. She knows her stuff very well. Our appetizers are very good and we haven’t even finished our stay here. That is how good this place is. Of course, busier times would change someone’s impression of this place, but give it a shot! We came at a calm time of day. This place is so good!

  Was my dream, but I was disappointed food no was that's great, the picture annouce something the reality its other, the service not good at all. The server was not helping out even when I told her was my 1st time there. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

  I visited the place on Friday, and Jeff took care of us. He was great—very helpful. He speaks both Spanish and English perfectly. The wings were delicious, with a wide variety of sauces to suit every taste—from the mildest to the spiciest. The service was attentive and prompt, and the staff was always on hand to ensure that nothing was missing from our table. It is definitely the perfect spot to spend a Friday after work.👍

  I came for dinner on a Thursday night, and we arrived at 7:58 and were seated by 8. Only about 1/3 of the restaurant was full, and I counted at minimum 5 different staff on the floor. By 8:15, we had yet to be greeted despite seeing other tables sat after us be greeted and served drinks. I finally had to grab the host and let them know we had not been greeted by 8:20, at which time our server finally came over with no apology or anything. I do my best to be considerate of what people may have going on in their own lives, but as someone who has served previously I find it rude to not even offer an apology after having us waiting that long. Food was typical for a chain restaurant, and the kitchen was fast after that. Our server never checked in again during our meal until we were completely done and had cleaned up the table. I don’t think I’ll be returning for dine in.
